At Physioletics, we’re committed to delivering exceptional care grounded in integrity, innovation, and a genuine connection with our community, because your health and performance matter every step of the way.

We provide tailored services designed specifically for your unique needs and goals, ensuring every treatment plan addresses your individual challenges and helps you achieve lasting results.

Post-Operative Rehabilitation

At Physioletics, we work closely with some of Sydney’s top orthopaedic surgeons and general practitioners to support your surgical recovery. We tailor your post-op rehab based on the procedure, your body, and your lifestyle. Whether it’s ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, spinal surgery, or joint replacement, we help you restore range of motion, rebuild strength, and return to full function with confidence.

Exercise Prescription & Strength Programs

Movement is medicine. We design personalised exercise programs that target strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance based on your goals, sport, or condition. Whether you're rebuilding after injury or pushing to the next level, our rehab strategies progress from controlled movements to full return to function and performance.

Sports Injury Management and Return to Play

Injuries can be frustrating, but recovery doesn’t have to be uncertain. Whether you’re a weekend warrior or a competitive athlete, we manage your injury with a clear, structured plan. By identifying the root cause, managing load, and progressing through hands-on treatment, functional rehab, and sport-specific drills, we help you return to play stronger, smarter, and more resilient than before.

Soft tissue and Manual Therapy

Hands-on physiotherapy remains a powerful tool when used with purpose. Our team uses manual techniques such as joint mobilisation, soft tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial techniques to reduce pain, improve mobility, and prime your body for active rehab. We treat not just the symptoms but how your body moves as a whole.

Dry Needling

If you’re dealing with persistent muscle tightness, pain, or limited movement, dry needling at Physioletics can be a game changer.

Dry needling involves inserting fine, sterile needles into tight muscle knots (trigger points) to:

  • Release tension

  • Reduce pain

  • Improve muscle function

This technique targets deep muscle restrictions that often slow recovery and performance.

Whether you’re an athlete aiming for peak performance, recovering from injury, or managing chronic pain, we help you move more freely, recover faster, and get back to the activities you love with greater ease and confidence.

Cupping

Cupping is a soft tissue technique that uses suction to promote blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and support recovery.

It can help

  • Relieve tightness

  • Improve mobility

  • Assist in managing pain from overuse, injury, or chronic muscular conditions.

Cupping is often used alongside manual therapy and exercise for enhanced results.
